cloudfood GmbH, doing business as cloudfood (“cloudfood”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides web design software and related services accessible through the cloudfood.pro website (the “Service”). By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

The Terms of Service are subject to change at any time, without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms of Service on a regular basis. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and customers who access the cloudfood Service.

All products are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). Updates are only available to customers with an active subscription.

After we have successfully processed your payment, your account information will be sent to the email address you provided. This may take up to 2 hours, but it usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us by sending an email to mail@cloudfood.pro. After receiving your account details, you have instant access to your purchased software.

Cloudfood provides technical support for its products to customers with active subscriptions only. The support is exclusively provided via E-Mail.

Cloudfood products are provided as is, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish, nor do we guarantee that our products will be compatible with third party software or services.

Cloudfood offers refunds to unsatisfied customers within the first 10 days of purchase if a valid reason for complaint is given. Please contact us, so the support team can try to resolve your issues. If mutual agreement cannot be reached, a refund will be provided.

Cloudfood products and services are provides as is. Cloudfood disclaims any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of title, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The use of our Service is at your own risk. Cloudfood is not liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or other injury arising out of the use or inability to use Cloudfood products and services.

Cloudfood reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate your access to the Service without prior notice for any or no reason, including the violation of the Terms of Service, the rights of any person or the law.

Further, cloudfood reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue any service or portion thereof, with or without prior notice. Cloudfood shall not be liable to you or any third party should cloudfood exercise its right to modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any service or an aspect thereof.

All cloudfood products and services as well as all editorial content and graphics on our websites are protected by copyright, trademark and other E.U./European and foreign laws. These Terms of Service don’t grant you any right, title or interest in the Service, our trademarks, logos or intellectual property, or other contents of the Service. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of cloudfood. Re-use of any of cloudfood editorial content and graphics for any purpose without our permission is strictly prohibited.
